Our goal is to serve YOU. We're starting a relationship with each and every person we work with to create products that are made for you. Our one on one process helps us figure out who you are, who you serve, and how we can aid you to getting what you need done.

If your cafe calls for more than one of our standard beans, we're happy to pair you with our head roaster to create a new coffee to pair perfectly with your menu.

 

Which bean works best for you?

  • House Blend Espresso

    Nirvana is our signature cafe espresso blend. Flavor complexity comes from the nine carefully selected specialty beans from various origins. Experience full body, with flavors of spicy dark chocolate and sweet molasses. Not only does this make for a flavorful espresso with a rich warm “crema”, but also works excellent as a filter/drip coffee.

  • Dark Roast House Blend

    Noir is our take on the classic dark roast blend. This is a 4 bean blend, perfect for those that like their coffee bold, and tastes of bakers chocolate and toffee. Pairs extremely well with cream and sugar and brews nicely in a French Press. Also, we use it in our cafe to make our highly touted cold brew coffee (try it at home).

  • Medium Roast House Blend

    Crafted with a blend of Central & South American beans, Simpatico is the perfect way to start your day. With pronounced caramel flavor and hints of milk chocolate, our medium roast house blend pairs great with milk, but also tastes amazing on its own.

  • Single Origin - Ethiopia

    The Sidamo region in Ethiopia is likely the birthplace of coffee, and to this day still home to some of the world’s most prized beans. This low acidity single origin has strong notes of walnut and honey, as well as aromas of banana.

  • Single Origin - Costa Rica

    The Tarrazu region of Costa Rica consistently delivers top tier coffee, coveted by connoisseurs and aficionados. This carefully selected washed single origin is full bodied, reminiscent of an aged burgundy and gives subtle notes of dark chocolate and hazelnut. Great with a touch of cream.

  • Single Origin - El Salvador

    This is a very special limited edition offering. Sourced from the Tacuba region in El Salvador, this high altitude natural processed coffee is giving us notes of Milk Chocolate, Lemon, and Berry Compote.

  • Single Origin - Ethiopia

    Grown on semi-forested land, this washed coffee is hand picked and processed at the distinguished Raro Boda washing station in the Guji zone. In the cup you will find notes of honey, orange, and agave nectar as well as amazing clarity, characteristic of high quality washed Ethiopian coffee.

    Roast: Medium

    Process: Wet/Washed

    Altitude (MASL): 1950-2250 Meters

    Varieties: Dega, Kurume

  • Single Origin - Ethiopia

    We are extremely excited about this natural offering from the Banko Gotiti washing station in the Gedeo zone. Meticulously dried on raised beds for 22 days, this coffee is bursting with black cherry and sweet Myer lemon. The fruity notes are balanced with a subtle floral undertone that we love. This is truly an exotic and memorable coffee.

    Roast: Medium

    Process: Natural

    Altitude (MASL): 2000-2300 Meters

    Varieties: Dega

  • Decaf House Blend

    All of the flavor and none of the caffeine. Our house decaf is a mix of four decaffeinated beans from the Americas, perfectly paired with Sumatra decaffeinated beans. This unique blend offers undertones of caramel and chocolate with a smooth finish.
