Medium Roast Cafe Blend
Our modern take on the classic medium roast blend, Simpatica aims to be your new favorite morning ritual.
We began with a washed Guatemalan Red Bourbon coffee with pronounced chocolate and caramel, then balanced it with a beautiful natural processed coffee from the Aricha Kebele washing station in Ethiopia. The juiciness and fruit forward notes of the Ethiopian are the perfect match for the Guatemalan’s classic flavor profile, resulting in an exciting cup that is also easy to drink.

Single Origin - Colombia
The Huila region of Colombia is known for its high quality coffee and the coffee in Pitalito is no exception! Pitalito has produced many COE-winning coffees over the years. COE, or Cup of Excellence, is a competition and auction for some of the finest coffees in the world. This smallholder lot includes 70 producers from around the area. Combining their coffees to make this delicious offering that has notes of caramel, sugarcane, and almond.

Dark Roast Cafe Blend
Noir is our take on the classic dark roast blend. This is a 3 bean blend from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, perfect for those that like their coffee bold, and tastes of bakers chocolate and clementine. It pairs extremely well with cream and sugar, and brews nicely in a French Press. Also, we use it in our cafe to make our highly touted cold brew coffee (try it at home).

Our beans are sourced fairly from coffee farms all over the world, then roasted on our Loring Smart Roaster in North San Jose. We supply coffee for coffee shops, offices, private events, catering, and more.
