Our modern take on the classic medium roast blend, Simpatica aims to be your new favorite morning ritual.

We began with a washed Guatemalan Red Bourbon coffee with pronounced chocolate and caramel from Finca Santa Marta farm, then balanced it with a beautiful natural processed coffee from the Aricha Kebele washing station in Ethiopia. The juiciness and fruit forward notes of the Ethiopian are the perfect match for the Guatemalan’s classic flavor profile, resulting in an exciting cup that is also easy to drink.
